Description:

All protocol laboratory evaluations and related processes are managed by the site laboratory, from specimen collection to documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Specimen collection (blood, urine, sputum etc) from study participants
  • Classify and identify biological substances for transportation of Dangerous Goods as indicated in IATA trainin
  • Responsible for processing and shipment of biological substance to local and international laboratories
  • Facilitates external and interdepartmental laboratory communications and interlaboratory coordination with all affiliated local and global institutions
  • Ensure temperature monitoring of laboratory equipment
  • Monitor inventory and procure supplies
  • Data entry in protocol-specific Case Report Forms (CRFs)
  • Ensure prompt query resolution in system portals, data completeness and timeliness of reporting
  • Review of source document for verification
  • Ensure completeness and maintenance of essential documents
