Description:

A Clinical Trial Investigator oversees and conducts clinical trials by recruiting participants, managing daily operations, ensuring safety of participant while in the trial, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • A Clinical Trial Investigator is responsible for overseeing and conducting clinical trials.
  • Responsible for recruiting and enrolling eligible participants, obtaining informed consent, and safeguarding participant safety and well-being throughout the study.
  • Managing the daily operations of the trial, including administering treatments, collecting data, and monitoring and reporting of adverse events.
  • Investigators review and interpret clinical data, coordinate with other medical professionals, and ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
  • They work closely with the Study Coordinator to keep patient visits on schedule and address recruitment barriers by collaborating with the CRS leader and Coordinator to find effective solutions.
  • Clinical Trial Investigators ensure that the study meets ethical standards, complies with regulations, and achieves its objectives while maintaining safety and data integrity of study participants.
